Wali and topic blocking

This is going crazy and I feel like you are going crazy by looking these posts

Anika Personal walith mekata gaawagena aththa wali double karaganna oneth nane
So machan I kindly suggest you to temporally block the user who is going off topic after giving him or her one last warning.
I mean not to block the person forever but just for that post abd just after one last warning which is done by Admin(You) with the reason.
It will not stop the topic and let other ontopic users to continue on the topic..
Then these shouts inside the Topics will be stopped.
Is my suggestion good as you think?
I don't say thats a must but...
Can't you arrange that kind of system.
I'm upset of this post locking mania.
I kindly ask you this for a better future of Nutzrum.

Coz I think that we have all blocked topics are in same topic as ... Welcome new batch
So... also many ideas there and we can get final decision as Reps says.
Lets continue the method from now
